Returns & Refunds — Datlynn (EN, worldwide)

Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on store.datlynn.com. Datlynn sells digital products (e-books, templates, resources, downloadable files) and services (e.g., strategy sessions, social media strategy/management, hour packs, custom digital builds). We do not sell physical goods.
Definitions
• “Consumer” means an individual buying for personal use (EEA/UK consumer protection rules may apply).
• “Business customer” means a purchase made for business/professional purposes.
• “Access delivered” means any of the following has occurred: a download link is provided, a file is delivered, an access page is granted, or login/access is enabled.
General policy
We do not offer voluntary refunds. Any refund or cancellation rights described below apply only where required by applicable law (including EEA/UK consumer withdrawal rights).
A) Digital products (downloads, access links, digital resources)
1) All sales final after delivery
All digital product sales are final once access is delivered.
2) Technical access issues
If you cannot download or access your files, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will restore access or provide a replacement file where possible.
3) EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
EEA/UK consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Digital content exception:
If you (a) request immediate delivery of the digital content and (b) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, your order becomes final once access is delivered.
If you did NOT request immediate delivery and have NOT accessed or downloaded the content, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
B) Services (strategy sessions, hour packs, management, custom digital builds)
1) EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
EEA/UK consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for services.
2) Starting a service within the 14-day period
If you request that we start the service within those 14 days, we may begin immediately.
If you withdraw after we have started, you will pay proportionate costs for work performed up to the time you informed us.
3) Services fully performed within 14 days
Once a service is fully performed within the 14-day period at your express request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
4) Strategy sessions: rescheduling and no-shows
Strategy sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
5) Monthly management services
You may cancel for the next billing cycle according to your plan’s notice period. Fees already incurred in the current cycle remain payable.
6) Custom digital builds (example: Chrome extensions)
Custom builds are scheduled work and typically begin after your request for immediate start and/or after we receive your required inputs.
Once work has started, withdrawal may be subject to proportionate costs as described above.
If a custom build has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.
How to request support or a legally required refund/withdrawal
Email [email protected] with:
• your order number
• purchase date
• the product/service name
• a short description of the issue or your withdrawal request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved or legally required, payment providers/banks may take 5–10 business days to post the return.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help resolve access or delivery issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, and we may provide evidence of delivery/access and communication to the payment provider.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
