**How it works**

1) Purchase.

2) Within 1–2 business days we email 2–3 time options for your free 45-min intro (extra, not deducted).

3) After the intro, we plan your support sessions and track used/remaining time.

**Terms**

- Prepaid; no refunds after the intro call is completed.

- Reschedule: free if **≥24h** before; **<24h** or no-show may be deducted from your hours.

- Strategy-only — no copywriting, no design, no calendar filling.

- No guarantees: outcomes depend on your implementation and context.

- Non-transferable; unused time expires after **6 months**.
